So I spent the morning painstakingly scraping 25 years of paint from the second wheel.......... and then I outsourced!  Jay took over, added some power tools, primer and some paint (well one of four is painted - ran out of primer.

Ahh, I feel so much better.  Another one of those shitty nightmare jobs Brad assigned to me is complete.
