What do you do when you find yourself surrounded by blue water in dolphin central and missing being on the road? You impulse buy a boat!

On a weekend off we arranged to renew our Victorian boat licences (which we'd let expire so had to resit WA licence). We did this with a view to hire a boat and go meet the dolphins up close and persona and site see the beautiful Bunbury. This turned into coming home that very day with a boat of our own.

It's a 4.4m Stacer, centre console, 60 horsepower Mercury Bigfoot. It's no cruise liner but it is certainly filling a travel void whilst we are staying put. We've upgraded her with a little TLC and plan to on sell when we move on.
