Well it's all happening here at the park. We have taken out 11 powered sites and commenced construction of 18 new motel rooms, called Quads as they are in blocks of 4 plus 2 accessible units.

Busy and messy times especially as we kick off the permit process for another 38 single man quarters.

Meanwhile, full renovations of the old heritage cabins bringing dreary old dumps into modern times, plus erection of 4 new 2BR Park homes and renovations of caravans.

We started with: 50 powered tourist sites 55 permanent sites 42 motel rooms and cabins Total 147 properties

We are also in the process of installing a Waste Water Treatment Plant where our recycled water will be used to water the neighbouring golf course. A major compliance project on top of the construction and ongoing maintenance exists.

When we finish this project (mid 2019) we will have:

An operational WWTP plan making us a scheme water provider 34 powered tourist sites 62 permanent sites and/or parkhomes 98 motel rooms and cabins Total 194 properties

We are proud to say that the park has continued to operate in full with increased total revenue and ongoing great feedback.
